Professor : Ph.D., with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.

An outstanding engineer/technologist working in industry and who has made significant contribution to knowledge but not having a Ph.D. degree could also be considered for appointment to the post of Professor on contract basis.

Assistant Professor : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years teaching/research/industrial experience.

Lecturer : First class bachelor's degree in Engg/Technology or M.Sc. with at least 55% marks or equivalent in grade etc in appropriate branch and qualified in All India Examination conducted by UGC/CSIR or equivalent test or should have submitted Ph.D. thesis or completed M.Phil. by 31.12.93.

Qualification & Experience : M.Tech/M.Sc. in mathematical science with 55% marks or equivalent and 5 years experience in computing OR B.Tech/MCA with 55% marks or equivalent and 7 years experience in computing. Candidates with Engineering degree in computer Sc & Engg and higher qualifications will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience : B.Tech/M.Sc. with computer specialisation and 2 years experience OR M.Tech with computer specialisation and one year experience. The experience must be in programming relating to System Software, Application Software and Software Projects.

Qualification & Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engg with 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Executive Engineer. Experience desirable : Campus design, Maintenance & Management.

Qualification & Experience : Master's degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record; Five years experience as an Assisant Univeristy/ College Librarian; Desirable:M.Phil/Ph.D. degree in any sub-discipline of Library Science/Information Science, computerisation of library.
